About the programme

SOCAR’s structured internship. You work in the department that matches your field, on real projects with experienced staff, and take part in professional and behavioural training. Its careers portal lists 24 intern vacancies for this round, in engineering, geology and geophysics, IT, economics, human resources and transport.

Who can apply

Eligibility
Azerbaijani citizens up to 29 who are in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or studying for a master’s, or who graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026, in the field of the vacancy. You can’t be employed during the programme.

75%, or 2.5 on other scales

English, tested at the second stage

Paid. A stipend, paid under SOCAR’s own rules. The amount isn’t published.
