Supporting the team that works with Birbank’s energy, auto and e-commerce partners: requests, calls and first-pass reporting.
What you’ll do
- Routing requests from partners and customers, including Jira tickets, and helping resolve them
- Supporting the team in calls with partners and in coordinating with other departments
- Taking part in a first analysis of turnover figures, reports and data from management
- Helping with the department’s daily operations
