About the programme

Türkiye’s government scholarship for international students. It places you at a university and department from your preferences and pays for the whole degree. Students with top grades and test scores can get the Merit Scholarship, which pays twice the usual stipend.

Who can apply

Eligibility
Citizens of any country except Türkiye. Under 21 for bachelor’s, under 30 for master’s and under 35 for PhD. At least 70% in your last studies for bachelor’s, and 75% for master’s and PhD. You can apply in your final year, if you graduate before August.

Apply online in the Türkiye Scholarships application system (TBBS). There’s no fee.
