What it pays for

  • Bachelor’s: 175 manat with grades of 91–100, 145 manat with 71–100, 100 manat with 51–100
  • Master’s: 195, 160 or 110 manat on the same grade bands
  • PhD students: 240 manat a month

Who can apply

Eligibility
University students whose stipend is paid from the state budget. Your university pays it, and the amount follows your grades.
